Product Description：

- It is used to transport motor vehicles that are disabled, parked improperly, impounded, or otherwise unable to be driven. This includes retrieving a vehicle damaged in an accident, bringing a vehicle back to a drivable state after a mishap or in bad weather, or towing and transporting a vehicle via a flatbed to a repair shop or other destinations.
It differs from a motor carrier which transports multiple new or used vehicles at the same time during regular transport operations.
