Product Description:
1. Only using a chassis with a length of 3800mm, this vehicle is mainly used for suctioning, fishing out, and loading and unloading sludge in sewers. The main special devices are the tank body and the sewage suction assembly.
2. The total capacity of the tank is 8.36 cubic meters. The effective volume is 8.10 cubic meters. The medium is liquid dirt with a density of 800 kilograms per cubic meter. The tank body dimensions (length × diameter) (mm): 4600 (including a straight section length of 4000) × 1700. The tank body has a lifting function.
3. The materials for side and rear protection are both Q235. Both side and rear protections are connected by welding. The cross-sectional dimensions of the rear protection (height × width) (mm) are 120 × 50. The ground clearance of the lower edge of the rear protection is 470mm.

Suction operation:
1. Slowly insert the suction pipe into the sewage well or sewage pool. The insertion depth should be appropriate to avoid the pipe mouth being blocked.
2. Start the vacuum pump and control the suction speed by operating the valve. Pay attention to observing the liquid level of the suction tank.
3. During the suction process, always pay attention to the working sound and temperature of the vacuum pump. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
Discharge operation:
1. After arriving at the designated discharge location, stop the vehicle and pull the handbrake.
2. Open the discharge valve and slowly discharge the sewage. Pay attention to controlling the discharge speed and direction.
3. After the discharge is completed, close the discharge valve and clean the discharge pipe.
