Product Description:
This Dongfeng Captain 4x2 cooling reefer truck has the following characteristics:
I. Chassis part
- Adopts Dongfeng Captain 4x2 chassis with strong stability. Equipped with 245/70R19.5 16PR tires, it can adapt to various road conditions. The wheelbase is 3800mm, and the vehicle size reaches 7050x2550x3650mm, with an imposing appearance. Equipped with B170 33 engine with a horsepower of 170 and a displacement of 5.9L, it has strong power and provides a reliable guarantee for the efficient transportation of vehicles.
II. Upper-mounted part
1. Refrigerated box body:
- The box body size is 5050x2350x2400mm, with spacious space, which can meet the refrigerated transportation needs of a large amount of goods.
- The material of the bottom plate is glass fiber reinforced plastic plate plus insulation layer with a thickness of 75mm. The material of the side plate is also glass fiber reinforced plastic plate plus insulation layer with a thickness of 80mm. It has good insulation performance and can effectively maintain the stable temperature inside the box and ensure the quality of goods during transportation.
2. Refrigeration unit: The xh660-up refrigeration unit is selected, which is reliable in performance and can quickly cool down and maintain a stable refrigerated temperature.
III. Protective device
- The side protection material is steel plate Q235, which is connected to the crossbeam of the carriage by bolts. It is sturdy and durable and can effectively prevent damage to the vehicle caused by side collisions.
- The rear protection material is also steel plate Q235 with a thickness of 2.5mm. The rear protection bracket is connected to the end of the longitudinal beam of the frame by bolts. The cross-sectional size of the rear protection is 139×50 (mm), and the ground clearance is 430mm, providing good protection for the rear of the vehicle.

Optional tailgate：
The roof of the carriage is closed and cannot be opened. The front mask, front combination lamps, front bumper can be selected according to the chassis. Mirrors and a one-and-a-half-row cab can be selected. A deflector and side doors can be selected. The side door can be a single door, double door or no door, and a built-in refrigeration unit can be selected. Insulated composite panels can be selected. Door locks can be selected as 2 bars and 2 locks or 4 bars and 4 locks.
Fuel tanks, batteries, urea tanks, and air storage cylinders can be selected for left and right installation positions according to the chassis. A hydraulic tailgate can be selected. The horizontal length of the retracted state is 290mm, and the mass of the hydraulic tailgate is 450kg. The materials of the side and rear lower protective devices are Q235 and are connected to the frame by bolts. The cross-sectional dimensions of the rear lower protective device (mm): 120×60. Ground clearance: 450mm. When a hydraulic tailgate is selected, the rear protection is three-segmented and welded to the frame. Other models of refrigeration units with equivalent power can be selected.
