Product Description:
Dongfeng 12 cubic meters compressed garbage truck is composed of a hydraulic mechanism including a carriage body, a loading mechanism, a compression mechanism, a discharging mechanism, an oil pump, an oil cylinder, a control valve, etc. The carriage body material is high-quality carbon steel. Thickness (unit: mm): 4 mm on the sides and 5 mm on the bottom. The volume of the carriage body is 12 cubic meters. The loading mechanism is composed of a bracket, a connecting rod mechanism, a cam, a hook, etc. Under the action of the oil cylinder, the garbage in the trash can is automatically turned over and poured into the hopper.

4. Swing-arm type garbage hopper.
The compression mechanism is composed of a pressing plate welded by steel plates and channel steels, guide wheels, and an oil cylinder seat. Under the push of the oil cylinder, the garbage in the hopper is compressed into the carriage body. Compression cycle time: 25 - 30 seconds. Compression density: 0.6 - 0.8 tons/cubic meter. The discharging mechanism is composed of a discharging oil cylinder and a discharging push plate. The discharging push plate is welded by steel plates and brackets, positioned by a guide groove, and the garbage is discharged by the extension of the oil cylinder to push the discharging push plate. Garbage discharging time: 40 seconds.
