Main Functional Configurations:
This 4x2 Road Cleaning Sweeper Truck use Yunnei 57-horsepower auxiliary engine, 5.0 high-pressure centrifugal fan, 50L high-pressure pump, China brand automatic clutch, 1.5 cubic meters clean water tank, 1.8 cubic meters stainless steel garbage bin. It has left and right vertical brooms in the middle, a suction cup at the rear, and a high-pressure gun rotating swing arm installed on the top of the box.
Working Principle:
The auxiliary engine drives the fan and the high-pressure pump to start working, combining high-pressure water spraying with suction and sweeping. Maximum Sweeping Width: 2050mm.
Sweeping System:
The sweeping system consists of left and right vertical brooms, cycloidal motors, and broom discs. The whole vehicle has two operation modes (full sweeping and right sweeping).
High-Pressure Water Spraying System:
The water spraying system of the whole vehicle consists of a high-pressure gun, suction cup water spraying, and left and right water spraying systems of the suction cup. The high-pressure gun pipeline is equipped with a 1.5-meter rotating swing arm. The left and right water spraying systems of the suction cup use a single nozzle for flushing. They can be manually turned on to work simultaneously, or be controlled separately, or all be turned off to extend the vehicle's operation time.
Box Body: The garbage bin and water tank of the whole vehicle are all welded from stainless steel plates. The volume of the clean water tank is 1.5 cubic meters, and the volume of the garbage bin is 1.8 cubic meters. The clean water tank is equipped with a low water level alarm system, and the garbage bin is internally equipped with a sewage tank self-overflow system. The maximum operation time with a single full water injection under full load can reach 35 to 45 minutes.
