Made of TWR300TP steel, 3.5mm thick. Geometric volume 14.32m³, max level-road mixing volume 11m³. Mixing drum: clockwise for feed/mix/agitate, counterclockwise for discharge. 450mm+ manhole, well-sealed. Blades well-welded, welds reliable and defect-free.
Feeding & Discharging:
Feeding hopper ≤ 3880mm from ground. Taillight for night. Discharging chute: 180° horizontal rotation, vertical adjustment. Extended chute, easy on/off. Locking mechanism. Rotatable (180°) receiving hopper with lock.
Cleaning:
300L aluminum alloy tank, well-sealed. Pressure relief & overflow valves, ≤ 0.4MPa, withstands 1.5 times max pressure. Chassis air supply, sequence valve. Level measurer, convenient inlet. Stable pipelines, switches. Tank cleaner & reel at rear.
Sub-frame:
Q355B steel, supports/ beams/plates. Lightweight and strong, rear ladders for access.
