Product Description:
FAW JH6 6×4 Flatbed Truck with Knuckle Boom Crane – Precision Meets Power for Heavy-Duty Logistics
Built to Handle the Toughest Lifting and Hauling Challenges
The FAW JH6 Knuckle Boom Crane Truck is a versatile powerhouse designed for construction, logistics, and industrial applications where loading, unloading, and transport converge. Equipped with a CLW Group Knuckle Boom Truck system, it effortlessly handles machinery, steel beams, or bulky materials in tight spaces, making it ideal for job sites, warehouses, and remote projects. Whether you're lifting prefab structures or managing cargo, this truck delivers unmatched flexibility and strength.
Robust Chassis: Engineered for Heavy Loads
Built on FAW's rugged 6×4 chassis, this CLW Group Flatbed Truck combines raw power with stability. The CA6DK2A28E65 engine delivers 209kW (280hp), providing ample torque for steep gradients and long hauls. Paired with a FAST 12-speed manual transmission (12 forward + 2 reverse gears), drivers maintain precise control over gear shifts, even under full loads. Reinforced 7-ton front/16-ton rear axles and 315/80R22.5 tires (10+1 spare) ensure stability, while the air brake system with vacuum pump guarantees safety during critical maneuvers.
XCMG GSQZ132.4 Knuckle Boom Crane: Precision Redefined
The heart of this FAW Truck Mounted Crane is the XCMG GSQZ132.4 knuckle boom, engineered for heavy lifting with finesse. Key features include:
132kN·m max lifting moment and 6,300kg capacity to handle industrial equipment or construction materials.
12.2-meter hydraulic outreach for accessing loads over obstacles or deep into storage areas.
28MPa operating pressure and 25L/min pump capacity for smooth, responsive movements.
360° rotation and precise controls, allowing operators to position loads with millimeter accuracy.
Smart Design for Seamless Operations
The 11,980×2,500mm flatbed offers ample space for cargo, while the 604mm crane installation space ensures optimal weight distribution. The 20°/12° approach/departure angle tackles uneven terrain effortlessly, and power steering reduces driver fatigue during long shifts. Pre-installed outriggers and stabilizers provide a rock-solid base, even on soft ground.
Why Choose This CLW Group Knuckle Boom Truck?
Combining FAW's legendary durability with XCMG's crane expertise, this knuckle boom crane truck excels in versatility, power, and reliability. Its modular design supports attachments like grabs or winches, while the corrosion-resistant build ensures longevity in harsh environments. Whether you’re servicing wind farms, construction zones, or ports, this FAW JH6 is engineered to lift, move, and deliver—safely and efficiently.

Operation notice
1. Working radius on the chart has taken loading deflection into account. So we can calculate the allowed loading weight by this actual working radius.
2. When the length of boom is between two data’s shown in the table, you should take the loading weight data of bigger working radius as a standard value.
3. When crane boom extends longer than 6.5m, the legs should fully stretch out.
4. When crane boom is operated at the front of the supporting leg, the loading weight value on the table decreases to 25% or less.
5. The table on the right does not consider the influence of boom deflection.
6. The maximum total loading weight on the table takes that leg standing on solid level ground as a level ground condition and includes the weight of hook and pulley (40kg).
7. When the ground clearance of the heavy goods is over 300mm, please don’t stretch the arm down or out. But can stretch the cable of the crane.
Attention: This data of the rated lifting load is based on the good stability of crane. When the stability of the crane is insufficient, please reduce the lifting weight properly.
