CLW5180SC5
The CLW FAW 6x4 Sewer Cleaning Vacuum Truck is designed for efficient sewage suction, sludge removal, and underground pipeline cleaning. It is widely used in urban sanitation, municipal drainage, industrial wastewater treatment, and large construction sites. With a strong suction system and large-capacity tank, this heavy-duty sewage suction truck ensures quick, safe, and environmentally friendly operations, making it a trusted choice for city management departments and sanitation companies.
Built on the FAW 6x4 JK6 cabin chassis, this vacuum truck offers durability and stability under heavy working conditions. The cabin is designed for operator comfort with an ergonomic layout, clear visibility, and a reinforced structure for long working hours.
The truck is powered by a WP6.270E32 diesel engine, delivering 270 horsepower with a 6.75L displacement and intercooler system for reliable performance. Its straight-6 cylinder design ensures smooth power output, while the 10-speed manual transmission provides flexible gear shifting for both urban roads and rough working sites. Combined with power steering and a reinforced braking system, the vehicle guarantees safe handling and excellent maneuverability.
The 7-ton front axle and 18-ton rear axle (MAN technology) are built to carry heavy loads with ease. Fitted with 295/80R22.5 standard tires (10+1 spare), the vehicle offers enhanced traction and long service life, even under challenging ground conditions.
At the heart of this sewer cleaning truck is a 9.13m³ sewage tank and a 7.3m³ water tank, both made of 5mm thick Q235A high-strength steel, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. Equipped with a Weilong double pump (65QZDH-110/7000), the system delivers a pumping speed of 110L/s, with an absolute pressure of 7000Pa, and a suction depth of up to 7 meters. This powerful setup allows quick handling of sludge, wastewater, and debris from sewers, septic tanks, and industrial drainage systems.
Hydraulic cylinders and power-take-off system for stable operation
Multi-way valve, pressure gauges, and inspection windows for real-time monitoring
Oil-gas and water-gas separators to ensure system safety and reliability
Flexible suction hose for deep or complex pipeline cleaning
Optional add-ons like hooks, ventilation slots, and external power supply enhance functionality
Large-capacity tanks for continuous operation without frequent unloading
High suction speed and strong pump power to handle heavy sludge and sewage
Reinforced FAW chassis for long-term reliability in municipal and industrial work
Efficient and eco-friendly operation, reducing labor and improving sanitation quality
With its robust structure, advanced pumping system, and reliable FAW engineering, this vacuum sewage truck is the perfect choice for modern sanitation projects that require both power and efficiency.

Suction operation:
1. Slowly insert the suction pipe into the sewage well or sewage pool. The insertion depth should be appropriate to avoid the pipe mouth being blocked.
2. Start the vacuum pump and control the suction speed by operating the valve. Pay attention to observing the liquid level of the suction tank.
3. During the suction process, always pay attention to the working sound and temperature of the vacuum pump. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
Discharge operation:
1. After arriving at the designated discharge location, stop the vehicle and pull the handbrake.
2. Open the discharge valve and slowly discharge the sewage. Pay attention to controlling the discharge speed and direction.
3. After the discharge is completed, close the discharge valve and clean the discharge pipe.
