Product Description：
Optional cab can be selected according to the chassis. Optional box styles, flip bucket device, fully sealed cover structure, fully sealed bucket structure, semi-sealed bucket structure, swing arm device structure, structure without feeding device, and pneumatic cover structure can be selected. The side protection of this garbage compactor truck is made of cold-formed steel/Q235-B and connected by bolts. The rear protection is replaced by the rear flipping garbage bucket. The lower edge is 480mm from the ground. The cab of faw compressed garbage truck can be extended according to the chassis.
The compression mechanism is composed of a pressing plate welded by steel plates and channel steels, guide wheels, and an oil cylinder seat. Under the push of the oil cylinder, the garbage in the hopper is compressed into the carriage body. Compression cycle time: 25 - 30 seconds. Compression density: 0.6 - 0.8 tons/cubic meter. The discharging mechanism is composed of a discharging oil cylinder and a discharging push plate. The discharging push plate is welded by steel plates and brackets, positioned by a guide groove, and the garbage is discharged by the extension of the oil cylinder to push the discharging push plate. Garbage discharging time: 40 seconds.
