Product Description:
HOWO 4×2 Sewage Suction Truck – Compact Power for Clean Streets
When you need a reliable sewage suction truck that's just as at home on narrow city roads as on industrial sites, the CLW Group HOWO 4×2 Sewage Suction Truck is the answer. This vacuum suction sewage truck is designed to handle everyday cleaning and large‑scale waste removal with equal ease, making it a go‑to sewage collector truck for municipalities, contractors, and utility services.
Think of this sewage truck as your all‑in‑one waste‑vacuum solution. It cleans out septic tanks, unclogs sewer lines, and flushes out grease traps—all in one run. With a 4.15 m³ tank, it's ideal for tight urban streets, small commercial sites, and quick‑turn maintenance jobs. When paired with a high‑pressure water rinse, this vacuum tank sewer flushing truck keeps pipes flowing and work sites hygienic.
Compact Yet Tough Chassis
The 4×2 HOWO platform carries a 7 360 kg GVW on a 3 360 mm wheelbase, with 2 640/4 720 kg axle ratings. At 5.995 m long and 2.1 m wide, it slips through tight gaps where bigger trucks can't.
Reliable Powerplant
Under the right‑hand‑drive cabin sits a YC4E160‑33 turbocharged diesel, pumping out 160 HP (118 kW) and plenty of low‑end torque. It meets modern emissions standards and runs through a 6‑speed WLY6TS55 gearbox (plus reverse) for smooth control.
Stable Running Gear
Three‑leaf front and 3+2‑leaf rear springs cushion every bump, while robust 7.00R16LT tires (with spare) keep you moving. With a top speed of 89 km/h, you can tackle both city routes and rural hauls without breaking a sweat.
Durable 4.15 m³ Tank
Crafted from 5 mm Q235A steel, the sealed tank holds over 4 000 L of liquid waste with built‑in baffles to prevent sloshing.
High‑Flow Weilong Pump
A 65QZDH‑110/7000 double pump (12 kW) vacuums at 110 L/s and draws from 7 m deep. Its 7 000 Pa pressure rating means fast, thorough suction—no more stuck sludge.
Smart Controls & Safety
With power‑take‑off, multi‑way valves, and easy‑read pressure gauges, operators control every function from one station. Level‑inspection windows, water‑gas and oil‑gas separators, and a flexible suction hose round out a system built for efficiency and safety.
Compact Size, Big Performance: Fits tight spaces without sacrificing suction power.
Versatile Use: From routine sewage suction vehicle jobs to emergency cleanups.
Low Maintenance: Proven HOWO reliability and accessible components.
Complete Package: A true howo sewage suction truck with all the extras you need.
Whether you're a city sanitation department or a private contractor, the HOWO 4×2 Sewage Suction Truck delivers the power, precision, and reliability you need to keep waste under control—day in, day out.

Suction operation:
1. Slowly insert the suction pipe into the sewage well or sewage pool. The insertion depth should be appropriate to avoid the pipe mouth being blocked.
2. Start the vacuum pump and control the suction speed by operating the valve. Pay attention to observing the liquid level of the suction tank.
3. During the suction process, always pay attention to the working sound and temperature of the vacuum pump. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
Discharge operation:
1. After arriving at the designated discharge location, stop the vehicle and pull the handbrake.
2. Open the discharge valve and slowly discharge the sewage. Pay attention to controlling the discharge speed and direction.
3. After the discharge is completed, close the discharge valve and clean the discharge pipe.
