CLW5180SS4
The HOWO 4×2 Sewage Suction Truck, manufactured by CLW Group, is designed to deliver high-performance waste collection in urban sanitation, industrial cleaning, and municipal drainage maintenance. Compact yet powerful, it combines a 4.15 cubic meter sewage tank, Weilong double pump system, and HOWO's durable 4×2 chassis, providing the perfect balance of efficiency, durability, and maneuverability.
Built for narrow city roads and busy industrial sites, this vacuum sewage suction truck ensures thorough waste removal with fast suction speed and reliable discharge performance. The YC4E160-33 turbocharged diesel engine delivers 160HP (118 kW), while the WLY6TS55 transmission provides smooth shifting and responsive power in stop-and-go urban traffic.
The tank is made from 5 mm thick Q235A carbon steel, sealed and reinforced for durability, while integrated baffles minimize liquid sloshing during transit. The 65QZDH-110/7000 Weilong double pump provides a suction depth of 7 m and pressure up to 7 000 Pa, ensuring rapid and efficient operation even in deep manholes or heavily sedimented tanks.
With its compact size, smart hydraulic control system, and reliable HOWO components, this sewage suction truck is built to meet the highest standards of municipal and private sector cleaning operations worldwide.
Compact & Agile Design – At under 6 m long, it easily navigates narrow alleys, urban streets, and residential zones where larger vehicles can't go.
Powerful Suction System – Equipped with Weilong 65QZDH-110/7000 pump, delivering 110 L/s suction speed and 7 m suction depth for quick cleaning.
Durable Tank Construction – The 4.15 m³ Q235A steel tank (5 mm thick) is corrosion-resistant and built for heavy daily use.
Reliable HOWO 4×2 Chassis – Known globally for toughness and easy maintenance, ideal for long-term municipal service.
Operator-Friendly Controls – Features multi-way valve, pressure gauge, and PTO hydraulic system for precise and safe operation.
Versatile Waste Management Solution – Suitable for sewage suction, septic tank cleaning, grease trap removal, and pipeline flushing.
Low Maintenance, Long Life – Simple structure with easily accessible components reduces downtime and servicing costs.
Customizable Build – Available with stainless steel tank, high-pressure flushing function, or upgraded hoses based on project requirements.

Suction operation:
1. Slowly insert the suction pipe into the sewage well or sewage pool. The insertion depth should be appropriate to avoid the pipe mouth being blocked.
2. Start the vacuum pump and control the suction speed by operating the valve. Pay attention to observing the liquid level of the suction tank.
3. During the suction process, always pay attention to the working sound and temperature of the vacuum pump. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
Discharge operation:
1. After arriving at the designated discharge location, stop the vehicle and pull the handbrake.
2. Open the discharge valve and slowly discharge the sewage. Pay attention to controlling the discharge speed and direction.
3. After the discharge is completed, close the discharge valve and clean the discharge pipe.
