Product Description:
1. This vehicle is used for sewer dredging, cleaning, and sewage suction and has a lifting function. The main special devices are: tank body, sewage suction pump, and cleaning and scouring assembly.
2. Tank body dimensions: total length × diameter (mm): 5200×1850. The front section of the tank body is a clean water tank (length 1700mm); the rear section is a sewage tank (length 3500mm). The two tanks are independent and cannot be fully loaded at the same time. The clean water tank is used for cleaning functions, and the sewage tank is used for sewage suction functions. The two tanks cannot be used simultaneously. The total capacity of the clean water tank is 3.5 cubic meters, and the effective volume of the clean water tank is 3.4 cubic meters. The medium is water, and the density is 1000 kilograms/cubic meter. The total capacity of the sewage tank is 8.35 cubic meters, and the effective volume of the sewage tank is 7.96 cubic meters. The medium is liquid waste, and the density is 800 kilograms/cubic meter.
3. The side and rear protection materials are both Q235. The connection methods are all welding. The rear protection cross-sectional dimension is 120×60mm. The lower edge is 450mm above the ground. The rear operation lamps are only turned on when the vehicle is parked for operation and cannot be turned on during driving.
Suction operation:
1. Slowly insert the suction pipe into the sewage well or sewage pool. The insertion depth should be appropriate to avoid the pipe mouth being blocked.
2. Start the vacuum pump and control the suction speed by operating the valve. Pay attention to observing the liquid level of the suction tank.
3. During the suction process, always pay attention to the working sound and temperature of the vacuum pump. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
Discharge operation:
1. After arriving at the designated discharge location, stop the vehicle and pull the handbrake.
2. Open the discharge valve and slowly discharge the sewage. Pay attention to controlling the discharge speed and direction.
3. After the discharge is completed, close the discharge valve and clean the discharge pipe.
