CLW5250TBC3
Product Description:
The HOWO 8×4 14-ton truck mounted crane from CLW Group is designed for operators who need both heavy cargo transport and powerful lifting performance in a single machine. By combining a robust HOWO chassis with a KSQS300-4 telescopic boom crane, it offers unmatched versatility for construction, material handling, utility projects, and logistics operations.
This all-in-one solution eliminates the need for separate vehicles, reducing rental costs and improving worksite efficiency. Whether lifting steel beams, machinery, prefabricated components, or construction materials, this crane truck gets the job done with speed and safety.
Strong Foundation: With a 32,000 kg GVW and triple-axle layout, the truck remains stable while carrying up to 12,000 kg on its 7.2 m cargo deck.
Powerful Engine: The WD615.47 six-cylinder turbocharged diesel produces 371 horsepower and 1,500 N·m torque, ensuring smooth hauling and precise crane operations.
12-Speed Gearbox: A FAST manual transmission with 12 forward and 2 reverse gears gives optimal ratios for both off-road sites and highway transport.
Safe Handling: Equipped with power steering and a full air-brake system for reliable control and stopping power.
14-Ton Lifting Capacity: Handles heavy loads such as steel beams, construction equipment, and utility materials with ease.
Extended Reach: Four telescopic sections extend up to 17.5 meters, with 360° rotation for maximum flexibility.
Hydraulic Power: Dual high-flow pumps (63 + 50 L/min at 28 MPa) and a 270L oil tank deliver stable and responsive lifting performance.
Quick Setup: Heavy-duty outriggers deploy rapidly, ensuring safe lifting on uneven ground or job sites.
All-in-One Solution: Combines cargo delivery and crane lifting in one vehicle.
Heavy-Duty Performance: Rugged HOWO 8×4 chassis and CLW crane ensure long service life.
Cost-Effective: Saves on separate truck and crane rentals.
Versatility: Ideal for construction projects, utility installation, logistics, and heavy equipment transport.
Global Support: Backed by HOWO engineering and CLW Group’s international expertise.

Precautions for the operation of a straight boom truck-mounted crane:
I. Before operation
- Check the crane for firm connections, no damaged wire rope, normal hydraulic system, and ensure key parts are intact. Also check vehicle brakes and tire pressure. Confirm solid and flat ground.
II. During operation
- Follow procedures, stay focused. Ensure lifted object is firmly bound. Lift smoothly, avoid overloading. Watch for obstacles when extending/retracting boom. Be careful near maximum angles/radii. Observe for abnormalities. Be cautious in windy conditions.
III. After operation
- Retract and fix boom, turn off hydraulic system and park safely. Regularly maintain and train operators.
