Product Description:
ISUZU 4x2 Asphalt Distributor Truck – Precision in Every Drop
Built for Smooth, Durable Road Surfaces
The ISUZU Asphalt Distributor Truck is engineered to deliver flawless asphalt application, making it indispensable for road construction, maintenance, and repair projects. Whether resurfacing highways, sealing cracks, or laying fresh pavement, this CLW Group Asphalt Distributor ensures uniform spray distribution for long-lasting results. Designed for contractors and municipal teams, it combines reliability with precision, transforming how asphalt is applied in both urban and rural settings.
Robust Chassis, Reliable Performance
Built on ISUZU's proven 4x2 chassis, this road maintenance truck balances agility with heavy-duty capability. Powered by the 4HK1-TC51 engine (141kW/190hp), it delivers efficient power for demanding job sites while maintaining fuel economy. The 5-speed manual transmission ensures smooth operation, even on uneven terrain, while MAN-technology axles (3,350kg front/6,650kg rear) and 8.25R20 14PR tires (6+1 spare) provide stability under full loads. With oil brakes and responsive power steering, operators enjoy precise control during tight maneuvers or long-haul drives.
Advanced Spraying System: Built to Last
The heart of this asphalt sprayer truck lies in its 6-cubic-meter stainless steel tank, designed for durability and heat retention. The tank features a 5mm carbon steel inner layer, 50mm insulation, and a 1mm outer shell to maintain optimal asphalt viscosity. Equipped with a CBP500-L oil pressure pump and Riello diesel burner, the system ensures rapid, even heating via heat conduction, keeping asphalt ready for application in any weather.
Precision Meets Efficiency
With 30 adjustable nozzles, this Bitumen Sprayer Truck achieves a consistent 4.5-meter spreading width, adaptable to various project needs. The 680L/min asphalt pump guarantees high-speed delivery without clogging, while the 19°/10° approach/departure angle allows easy access to challenging worksites. Operators benefit from intuitive controls, including real-time temperature monitoring and spray rate adjustments, ensuring minimal waste and maximum coverage.

Matters to note when using device:
When the asphalt distributor truck finishes an operation or changes the construction site, the asphalt pump and pipeline must be cleaned thoroughly;other it cannot operate next time.
Before spraying, the asphalt distributor truck must check whether the valve position is correct. When adding hot asphalt to the asphalt tank, the working temperature must reach 160-180°C.
For long-distance transportation or long working hours, the heating device can be used for heat presevation, but it cannot be used as a furnase.Avoid asphalt overflow.
When heating the asphalt in the tank with a burner, the asphalt height must exceed the upper plane of the combustion chamber;otherwise, the combustion chamber will be burned.
If the asphalt pump and pipeline are blocked by solidified asphalt,do not force the pump to rotate.User can use a blowtorch for baking, but avoid directly baking the ball valve and rubber parts.
At the begginning of spraying asphalt, user must start slowly at the begginning, and the car must maintain low-speed driving.Do not step on the accelerator pedal to avoid damaging components such as the clutch and asphalt pump.
After the end of daily operations,if there is remaining asphalt,it must be put back into the asphalt pool;otherwise,it will not solidify in the tank and cannot be operated next time.If there is a malfunction in the car or working device and it is determined that it cannot be repaired in a short time, all the asphalt in the tank must be drained.
