The ISUZU 4×2 Asphalt Distributor Truck is engineered to provide an efficient, controlled and repeatable asphalt spraying solution for road construction and maintenance teams. Based on the ISUZU 4×2 chassis and matched with CLW Group's asphalt distributor system, this truck is suitable for small and medium-scale projects where flexibility and precise application are required.
The vehicle is built on an ISUZU QL1100A8KAY chassis, featuring a single-row left-hand drive cabin with air conditioning to support comfortable daily operation. With an overall dimension of 5,997 × 2,080 × 2,200 mm and a wheelbase of 3,300 mm, the truck maintains a compact footprint that can navigate narrow city streets and tight work sites. The 19° approach angle and 15° departure angle further enhance its ability to access urban intersections, hilly sections and narrow rural roads.
Under the hood, the 4HK1CN6LB Euro 5 diesel engine delivers 88 kW (120 HP) at 2,600 rpm and 290 N·m of torque at 1,600 rpm. This powertrain offers a balance between fuel economy and climbing capability, making it suitable for long workdays and routes with varying gradients. The MSB-5M manual transmission with 5 forward and 1 reverse gear allows the driver to control speed smoothly during spraying operations. The 7.00R16LT 14PR tires (6 + 1 spare) and a top speed of up to 95 km/h ensure the truck can travel efficiently between construction sites.
The heart of the system is the 6m³ asphalt tank. The tank is constructed with an inner 5 mm carbon steel layer and an outer 1 mm cladding layer, with 50 mm insulation in between. This triple-layer structure helps maintain asphalt temperature and reduces heat loss during operation and transport. The tank material is stainless steel according to customer needs, providing corrosion resistance and durability when working with hot asphalt or emulsions.
Heating is provided by a Riello diesel burner using heat conduction. This heating method rapidly raises the asphalt temperature and maintains working temperature during road operations. Proper use allows the asphalt to reach the required working temperature for spraying and keeps it within range over extended working periods.
The asphalt circulation and spraying are powered by a CBQ500-L oil pressure pump and asphalt pump motor 05-110-B031, delivering a flow rate of 680 L/min. This supports quick tank circulation, fast system priming and stable asphalt delivery to the spray bar.
The spray bar is equipped with 30 nozzles and a maximum spreading width of 4 m, making it possible to cover a full lane in one pass in many road configurations. The spreading amount is adjustable between 0.5 and 2 L/m², allowing the operator to match different project requirements such as tack coats, sealing layers or surface dressing. With proper calibration and operation, the system helps reduce material waste and improve uniformity of asphalt film thickness.
The insulated tank and heating system also support heat preservation during longer shifts or transfers between worksites. At the same time, correct operating procedures—such as maintaining adequate asphalt level above the combustion chamber and avoiding over-heating—help protect both the tank and burner system.
Operational precautions include thorough cleaning of asphalt pumps and pipelines after each operation or site change, checking valve positions before spraying, ensuring asphalt temperature is within the correct working range before spraying, and carefully controlling vehicle speed at the start of spraying and during work. If asphalt solidifies in pipes or pumps, only proper reheating methods should be used, avoiding forced operation of the pump to prevent damage. Remaining asphalt should be returned to the asphalt pool after daily work if the truck cannot continue operation.
With its compact size, controlled spray system and reliable ISUZU chassis, this 4×2 asphalt distributor truck offers an efficient and practical solution for road maintenance projects in cities and regional networks.

The ISUZU 4×2 Asphalt Distributor Truck has been exported to:
South American countries
North African countries
In these regions, it is mainly used for:
Municipal road maintenance and small-scale road construction
Tack coat and surface sealing work in urban and suburban areas
Routine preventive maintenance to extend asphalt pavement life
Field use in these markets has demonstrated that the combination of ISUZU chassis and CLW asphalt distribution system can satisfy the requirements of contractors and road authorities in different climates and road conditions.
Q1: What is the tank capacity of this asphalt distributor truck?
A1: The asphalt tank capacity is 6 m³.
Q2: What is the spraying width and asphalt application range?
A2: The maximum spraying width is 4 m, and the asphalt spreading amount is adjustable between 0.5 and 2 L/m².
Q3: Which engine is used on the chassis?
A3: It uses the ISUZU 4HK1CN6LB Euro 5 diesel engine with 120 HP and 290 N·m maximum torque.
Q4: How is the asphalt heated in the tank?
A4: Heating is provided by a Riello diesel burner using heat conduction to raise and maintain the asphalt temperature.
Q5: What is the flow rate of the asphalt pump?
A5: The asphalt pump flow is 680 L/min, supporting fast circulation and continuous spraying.
Q6: What should be noted after each operation?
A6: After each operation or when changing construction sites, the asphalt pump and pipelines must be thoroughly cleaned to avoid solidified asphalt blocking the system.
Q7: Can this truck be used for long-distance transfers between sites?
A7: Yes. The heating device can be used for heat preservation during long-distance transport or long working hours, but it must not be used as a furnace, and asphalt overflow must be avoided.
Q8: What should be done if asphalt solidifies in the pump or pipeline?
A8: Do not force the pump to rotate. Proper heating (such as careful baking) can be used to melt the asphalt, but avoid direct heating of ball valves and rubber parts.

Matters to note when using device:
When the asphalt distributor truck finishes an operation or changes the construction site, the asphalt pump and pipeline must be cleaned thoroughly;other it cannot operate next time.
Before spraying, the asphalt distributor truck must check whether the valve position is correct. When adding hot asphalt to the asphalt tank, the working temperature must reach 160-180°C.
For long-distance transportation or long working hours, the heating device can be used for heat presevation, but it cannot be used as a furnase.Avoid asphalt overflow.
When heating the asphalt in the tank with a burner, the asphalt height must exceed the upper plane of the combustion chamber;otherwise, the combustion chamber will be burned.
If the asphalt pump and pipeline are blocked by solidified asphalt,do not force the pump to rotate.User can use a blowtorch for baking, but avoid directly baking the ball valve and rubber parts.
At the begginning of spraying asphalt, user must start slowly at the begginning, and the car must maintain low-speed driving.Do not step on the accelerator pedal to avoid damaging components such as the clutch and asphalt pump.
After the end of daily operations,if there is remaining asphalt,it must be put back into the asphalt pool;otherwise,it will not solidify in the tank and cannot be operated next time.If there is a malfunction in the car or working device and it is determined that it cannot be repaired in a short time, all the asphalt in the tank must be drained.
