Product Description:
Shacman 6×4 15 cbm Sewage Suction Truck – Heavy‑Duty Waste Removal Made Simple
When backed‑up sewers or full septic tanks slow you down, the Shacman 6×4 Sewage Suction Truck from CLW Group is your go‑anywhere solution. This sewage suction vehicle combines serious hauling power with a high‑capacity vacuum system to tackle everything from routine cleanouts to emergency sewer flushing.
Think of it as your go‑to vacuum suction sewage truck for cleaning manholes, grease traps, and drain lines. With a 15.2 m³ tank, this sewage collector truck lets you handle large‑scale jobs—ideal for city maintenance crews, industrial sites, or remote camps. Pair the suction with high‑pressure water jets, and you’ve got a full vacuum tank sewer flushing truck ready for any challenge.
Under the cab sits a rugged Shacman 6×4 chassis built for a 25,000 kg GVW and a 12,170 kg payload. The WP10H375E62 turbo‑intercooled diesel engine delivers 375 hp (276 kW), mounting a powerful punch for uphill runs or full‑tank starts. A 10‑speed forward, 2‑speed reverse 10JSD180 gearbox gives you precise control whether you're inching into tight manholes or cruising between sites at up to 89 km/h. Heavy‑duty 12R22.5 tires on dual rear axles (7,000/18,000 kg) keep the ride steady, while power‑take‑off and ABS‑equipped brakes give you the muscle to operate the pump safely.
The 15.2 m³ Q235A steel tank (5 mm shell) is built to resist corrosion and carry more waste per trip. The Weilong 65QZDH‑110/7000 double vacuum pump (12 kW) sucks at 110 L/s and reaches 7 m deep, clearing sludge fast. Operators work from one station, using hydraulic cylinders, multi‑way valves, and pressure gauges to switch between suction and rinse modes. Safety features like water‑gas and oil‑gas separators, level‑inspection windows, and a flexible suction hose round out a system designed for efficiency and long service life.
Big‑Volume Performance: 15.2 m³ tank handles more waste in fewer trips.
All‑Terrain Capability: 6×4 drive and beefy engine tackle hills and rough roads.
Quick‑Switch Operation: One‑station controls for suction and flushing.
Durable Design: Heavy‑gauge steel and quality parts ensure years of reliable service.
For a robust sewage truck that works harder and cleans faster, trust the CLW Group Shacman 6×4 Sewage Suction Truck—the heavy‑duty vacuum solution your crews will rely on every day.

Suction operation:
1. Slowly insert the suction pipe into the sewage well or sewage pool. The insertion depth should be appropriate to avoid the pipe mouth being blocked.
2. Start the vacuum pump and control the suction speed by operating the valve. Pay attention to observing the liquid level of the suction tank.
3. During the suction process, always pay attention to the working sound and temperature of the vacuum pump. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
Discharge operation:
1. After arriving at the designated discharge location, stop the vehicle and pull the handbrake.
2. Open the discharge valve and slowly discharge the sewage. Pay attention to controlling the discharge speed and direction.
3. After the discharge is completed, close the discharge valve and clean the discharge pipe.
