Product Description:
HOWO 8×4 14-Ton Crane Truck – The Ultimate Truck-Mounted Lifting & Hauling Solution
When you need a single machine that hauls heavy loads and lifts them into place, the HOWO 8×4 14-Ton Crane Truck from CLW Group is your answer. This truck mounted crane combines a rugged cargo deck with a powerful telescopic boom, giving you a true Truck-with-Crane that's ready for any job—whether you're unloading steel beams at a construction site or setting utility poles in remote locations.
Imagine driving full-size pipes or palletized materials straight to the work zone, then lifting them exactly where you need. That's what this HOWO crane truck does. With a 32,000 kg GVW and a triple-axle layout (7,000/13,000/13, 000 kg), it carries up to 12,000 kg on its 7.2 m deck while staying stable on rough ground. Generous overhangs (1, 430 / 2,820 mm) and a long 1,850 + 4,575 + 1,370 mm wheelbase give you sure-footed performance on uneven terrain, while a top speed of 89 km/h keeps you moving between sites.
At its heart is the proven WD615.47 in-line six-cylinder diesel, water-cooled and turbocharged with intercooling. It pumps out 273 kW (371 hp) and 1 500 N·m of torque for effortless starts on full loads and plenty of reserves for the hydraulic pump. The 12-speed gearbox (plus 2 reverse) matches engine power to any condition—site crawling or highway runs. Power steering and an air-brake system ensure precise handling and confident stops, even when fully loaded.
Mounting a four-section Straight Arm Crane Truck boom behind the cab, the KSQS300-4 puts a 12 000 kg lift at your fingertips. Extend up to 17.5 m for a 360° working radius—no truck repositioning needed. Dual high-flow pumps (63 + 50 L/min at 28 MPa) feed the 270 L reservoir, giving you smooth, responsive control through simple levers. Wide outriggers set up in seconds, creating a rock-solid platform for any lift.
All-In-One Versatility: Haul, lift, and position materials with a single xcmg truck crane-style vehicle.
Heavy-Duty Performance: 371 hp engine and robust chassis handle your toughest loads.
Fast, Precise Lifts: 12,000 kg capacity and 17.5 m outreach let you place loads exactly where you want.
Trusted Quality: Built by HOWO and outfitted by CLW Group, backed by global support.
For a true Truck-Mounted Crane that cuts rental costs and streamlines your workflow, the HOWO 8×4 14-Ton Crane Truck is the workhorse you've been waiting for.

Precautions for the operation of a straight boom truck-mounted crane:
I. Before operation
- Check the crane for firm connections, no damaged wire rope, normal hydraulic system, and ensure key parts are intact. Also check vehicle brakes and tire pressure. Confirm solid and flat ground.
II. During operation
- Follow procedures, stay focused. Ensure lifted object is firmly bound. Lift smoothly, avoid overloading. Watch for obstacles when extending/retracting boom. Be careful near maximum angles/radii. Observe for abnormalities. Be cautious in windy conditions.
III. After operation
- Retract and fix boom, turn off hydraulic system and park safely. Regularly maintain and train operators.
