Product Description：
This SINOTRUK 4x2 XCMG 3.2-Ton Telescopic Boom Truck Mounted Crane is equipped with the 4*2 chassis of Haoman H3. The 8.25R20 16PR tires can adapt to various road conditions and provide stable support for vehicle driving. The overall vehicle size is 7120x2420x3500mm, which is relatively flexible when driving on the road.
Its power is provided by the WP6.180E32 engine, with 180 horsepower and a power of 132kW. It has strong power and can meet the needs of various working scenarios.
The upper part includes a cargo box and a truck-mounted crane. The cargo box size is 4200x2200x550mm and can load a certain amount of goods. The crane adopts XCMG crane with the model ksqs68-2, and the maximum lifting weight is 3.2 tons. At the same time, users can also choose cranes of other brands according to actual needs. There are cranes of different weight specifications such as 3.2 tons, 5 tons, and 6.3 tons for selection to meet different lifting task requirements. Precautions for the operation of a straight boom truck-mounted crane:
I. Before operation
- Check the crane for firm connections, no damaged wire rope, normal hydraulic system, and ensure key parts are intact. Also check vehicle brakes and tire pressure. Confirm solid and flat ground.
II. During operation
- Follow procedures, stay focused. Ensure lifted object is firmly bound. Lift smoothly, avoid overloading. Watch for obstacles when extending/retracting boom. Be careful near maximum angles/radii. Observe for abnormalities. Be cautious in windy conditions.
III. After operation
- Retract and fix boom, turn off hydraulic system and park safely. Regularly maintain and train operators.
